Bonzer View sleeps 2-6 people and is a luxury villa with gated free solar heated pool, free Wi-Fi connection and panoramic country and sea views. The house sits high, looking to the sea in the south and across farmland to Monchique in the north. Yet this rural setting is only 1 mile from the centre of Lagos. A very comfortable, well equipped house built in 2000 to the most modern standards, it's layout and comforts are ideal for family groups but was designed to be homely for a smaller group and offers a haven of relaxation. Children are especially welcome and have a safe play area with a swing as well as games, books, toys and the heated pool. Cots, high chairs, pushchairs and little peoples bedding are all available at no charge as is baby sitting. Fully insulated and double glazed, it is cool in summer and dry and warm in winter. All areas are heated and there is a log fire in the lounge. Heating is by optional air-con units. The south easterly aspect assures a spectacular sun rise. For your comfort, all beds have mosquito nets.The house has digital English satellite TV, a CD player, personal safe and a hair dryer. The owners live in a house 50 metres away and are on hand to greet new guests and show them round. During the holiday they are available for any assistance with recommendations for days out or restaurants, live music or simply advice on where to find local services like chemists. We are here to help.
Built by the artist owner and her architect husband as a comfortable home, the house is very practical for a group holiday. The accommodation sleeps 2/6 in three bedrooms.
Sitting Room and Coffee Area :
Spacious with panoramic views, dining area and doors onto the main terrace. It is usual for all meals to be served on the pool level terrace which has a sun awning and beautiful views. The kitchen is adjacent to the terrace and makes this option easy. Log fire. The SAT TV has BBC free to view.There are plenty of books for adults and children as well as toys and games.
Main Kitchen :
Compact and easy to work with a fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, electric toaster, kettle and all crockery, glassware, children's cutlery/crockery and utensils.
A separate laundry with an automatic washing machine, sink drainer, iron. Sliding door access to the drying carousel in the rear garden.
Guest Toilet :
Accessed from the laundry with a hand basin.
Bedroom 1 :
With a double bed, optional air conditioning, en suite bathroom with corner bath, shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet. Sliding patio doors onto terrace and sea views. Large wardrobes and drawers.

With twin beds, optional air conditioning, en suite shower room with hand basin, toilet and bidet. Sliding doors to terrace and rear garden with country views. Large wardrobes and drawers.
POOL ROOM :
The pool room with optional air conditioning is on the main house level and is separated from the house by a covered terrace with traditional tile features. The 30m2 pool room has twin beds, a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, hob and a table and chairs. Large en suite shower, toilet and hand basin. Lie in bed with sea views.
The pool (9m x 4m) is on the main floor level and has a safe shallow area for kids and a children's slide. Gates on the main terrace prevent toddlers from escaping. The house has terraces on the main level, including a sun shaded terrace area off the main lounge with an outside dining table. The rear garden has a children's swing and sand pit.There is a roof sun terrace with panoramic views and sun beds. The barbecue terrace is between the main house and the pool room and is equipped with a gas BBQ and a hammock. Sun beds, sunbrellas and outside chairs are provided. There is plenty of car parking space.
WINTER LETS :
The Main House and the Pool Room both heat easily with the fan assisted wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioning and bathroom heaters.
