Villa Tranquila is a well-equipped and social two-story house with lot of open spaces. It has all facilities you need to make your holiday comfortable and relaxed.
On the front side of the house, you can take a sun bath in the morning and the terrace on the back side has 8 garden chairs and is great for after-noon relax and BBQs.
The first floor has a bar disk and a salon/library with arm chairs. The bedroom has 2 single beds and complete bathroom with shower. It is perfect for children or a second couple, for a little more privacy. Direct access from the garage.
There is space for 3 cars: 2 in the garage and 1 car at the closed entrance.
On the second floor you find the open space kitchen separated with a bar and dining room for 8 people. The well-equipped kitchen has microwave/grill, oven, dish washer and fridge/freezer.
The first double room has queen size bed 2m. long with wardrobes and the second double room has a new 2m. long bed. and wardrobes and glass doors to the salon.
The second dining room in the lounge has room for 6 persons. The lounge has nice view over the area, very comfortable leather sofas and arm chairs, high power aircond, satellite TV, DVD player and DVD library.
The complete bath room with shower, has new wash machine and dryer.
The heating/aircond is very efficient and available in all rooms on the second floor.
The LOCATION IS PERFECT, a calm residential area only 10 minutes walk from the Poniente beach and shopping area at Avenida del Rey Jaime I. Enjoy the advantages of a comfortable house, without taking the car to the beach!
