Location - Casa Pais De Gales - is set in a plot of 2 acres,just less than half has been cultivated to provide well established south facing gardens,sun terraces and patio areas which lead from the house down to the pool area where the BBQ,a small fridge and cold shower are located next to the large 10 m x 6 m swimming pool.It is completely private and not overlooked in any way. Distance from the Airport - Casa Pais is 25 min from Faro airport and 30 min from the Spanish border.Bedrooms-The extensive accommodation comprises of four double bedrooms.No1-Master bedroom overlooking the gardens and terraces(two single beds in each bedroom.No 2 - Very large ground floor bedroom with enough room for extra beds for young childern or a cot.No 3 - Ground floor bedroom with 2 single beds.No 4 - Smallest bedroom with two single beds ideal for young adults or children.Bathrooms - En suite shower bathroom,wc on 1st floor to bedroom no 1.En suite bathroom with corner bath/shower,wc and bidet for bedroom no 2 and bedroom no 4.Ensuite bath/shower,w/c ,bidet on ground floor for bedroom no 3.Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen which incorporates cutlery,crockery for 12 people ,a dishwasher,electricfan oven and gas hob,microwave and all cooking utensills.Utility Room - Large fridge /freezer and also a cool boc for vegetables.Iron and ironing boardWashing machine located in bathroom no 3.Living room - For entertainment you can enjoy Satellite television with BBC ,ITV etc, a VHS machine and wide selection of childrens videos and family films.A DVD player and a music centre.In the autum and winter you can enjoy the warmth from the wood burner.Sun Lounge/reading area - Two single chairs and a settee.Here the settee can be used as a double bed for guests no 9/10 .OR the two single chair beds ,ideal for young children or young adults.Cleaning and Towels.The property is cleaned onec per week ,towels and bed linen are provided but we ash guests to bring their own bed towels.Pool Cleaning - The pool is cleaned every Friday and once again during your stay.In Nonember heating is by a wood burner in the lounge and electric fan heaters in the bedrooms.Please note that the stairs to the first floor bedroom is an "open staircase" construction and toddlers should be supervised. OutsideThe garden is 3/4 of an acre and we have made some paths for you to explore and enjoy.In the Spring the french lavender will be in full bloom.... Late summer the Figs and pommegranate should be ready.There are three main terraces .... the middle section shaded by three Potugese Oaks.Poolside - There are 8 sun loungers and three large sun umbarellas.There is also shade under the bottle brush tree and sade in the pool house.To the side there is a cold shower.A small fride to keep your drinks cold and a BBQ is within the pool/pump house.
