THE PERSONAL TOUCH
Our Agents live a few minutes drive from the villa and will be on hand should you have any questions or problems during your stay.
They have lived in Quesada for many years and are a mind of information.
LATE ARRIVALS
The supermarket is on your doorstep for any provisions you may need.
For late arrivals, provisions at cost can be arranged.
SLEEPING SPACES
The villa has 1 double bed, 2 twin beds & a double bed settee.
We have provides a choice of sleeping spaces should golfers not wish to share a double bed or if guests have either friends or family in the area who may want to stay over night.
For your comfort we do not consider the villa to be suitable for 6 adults on a weekly basis.

The Old Spanish Town of Rojales (a 15 minute level walk) - many bars, restaurants & shops, for the younger generation some discos and nightclubs.
Cave Houses & a Thursday morning market both are well worth a visit.
In Quesada Resort:
7 Acre Aqua Park 3km, Cycling (bikes can be hired in the resort),Tennis, Bowls, Spa & Fitness Centre.
Recorrido Park for walking, bird watching & picnicking.
Many more bars & restaurants (to suite every pallet and budget), shops, banks, pharmacy, medical centre.
A Short Drive Away:
Many Beaches Guardamar being the best and nearest 7km, lots of free parking.

Refundable for everyday that we are able to re-let the villa, we do not charge any admin fees.

Security Deposit
Please note we do not keep any security deposit for any minor breakages that are simply accidents.
We would rather know what is broken so that we can replace it for future guests.
