The main house has two bedrooms and there is a self-contained cottage with a further bedroom. It is not overlooked by any other houses and enjoys complete privacy on the rear and pool terraces. It is surrounded by gardens with carob, almond, orange, fig and olive trees and by ornamental flower beds.

Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Rooms: Large lounge/dining room, with dining table and leather sofas and chairs for 6, English free-to-air satellite TV, DVD, CD. French windows to the garden.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:The house is cleaned and the linen changed each week.
There is an open terrace with dining table and chairs under the carob tree next to the kitchen, another table and chairs are at the back of the house. Ideal for a shaded lunch in the summer. The cottage also has its own terrace with table and chairs which has both sun and shade. There is a built-in BBQ at the rear of the house.
The pool (salt water), 4.80x9.70 m, is surrounded by its own terrace and is entirely private. The pool house at the rear of the pool terrace has its own fridge/freezer for drinks and ice.
At the front of the house there is ample private parking.
There are extensive gardens and orchards surrounding the house.
