Our apartment has a spacious lounge with a dining area leading onto a large full-width balcony; two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with ceiling fans; a luxury bathroom; a separate fully fitted kitchen plus a utility room with a washing machine and laundry facilities.
It is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. All bed linen and bath towels are provided and utility charges are included in prices quoted.
In the gated landscaped grounds are 3 flood-lit short
tennis /paddle courts, barbeque and outdoor eating areas, a childrens' play area, three pools including a jacuzzi.
It is just 150m to the sea and a similar distance to the nearest restaurants, bars shops and banks.
At the nearby picturesque Cabo Roig marina there are excellent restaurants close to the harbour with the historic watchtower overlooking it. Go just a few miles inland for more traditional Spanish towns and villages.
There are several safe, Blue Flag sandy beaches close by. The nearest, the secluded Cala Caleta (Cabo Roig beach) and yacht marina is just a 5-minute leisurely stroll and less than 2 kilometres away are the lovely La Zenia, Campoamor and Cala Capitan, beaches each served by cafes and/or beach bars all reachable by foot or road.
If golfing is your passion 3 championship golf courses of Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin are only about a 5-10 minutes drive away. Two other courses, La Finca and Hacienda Riquelme golf courses are also within a short drive. In addition, La Manga is only 30 minutes away.

In addition with access to the AP-7 motorway less than 4 kilometres away, the historic towns of Murcia, Orihuela, Cartegena and Alicante with their Greek, Roman and Moorish influences, along with the famous La Manga and Mar menor, are all within easy reach and well worth a visit, especially during one of their many festival weeks.
Together these facilities and nearby places of interest make this apartment the ideal base for beach, sight-seeing and golf holidays.
