This quiet, peaceful location with fabulous pool and sunbathing terrace overlooking the Knight's Templar city of TOMAR is the perfect place for you to relax, see the sights or Househunt. Casa Rosden holiday accommodation is a private self-contained Studio Apartment,set in the Annexe building, next to and in the grounds of the owners residence. It is set back from the road, behind two sets of double gates. Situated on the edge of a typical quiet, unspoilt 'real' Portuguese village, less than 10 minutes from the centre of Tomar, and its Convento do Cristo Castle.
A beautiful 10 x 4M Swimming Pool, BBQ with newly built Terrace and Al-Fresco eating areas,along with a warm welcome from the owners, await you here in Central Portugal.
Our holiday accommodation, is non-smoking, and has it's own private entrance.It is ideally suitable for 2 Adults or alternatively if booked for 4 persons, we can add a Double bed to the main room. We can also provide a full size cot and/or small fold bed for a younger child. Electric Convector heaters are supplied for winter use and Electric fans in summer. There is also a Smoke alarm for your safety.
The well equipped kitchen area has a large Fridge, Microwave, 2 ring Electric hob, small free-standing electric oven with grill, kettle & toaster. Ample crockery,glasses, cutlery and utensils are provided.
There is a table & chairs for dining inside and patio doors lead to an outside table & chairs, undercover of a terrace in the BBQ seating area. The Terrace extension adds shade, overlooking the pool.
The Studio Apartment also has TV Cabinet with TV /satellite box and 2 comfortable armchairs. WiFi internet access is also available FOC in the Apartment. The Patio doors have a 'privacy' blind and electric rolling night shutters.
The En-suite bathroom is fully tiled with shower cabinet, WC and wash hand basin, with mirror & light over. Storage trolley and a hairdryer are also supplied.
All Towels/Tea Towels/Bedding are supplied free of charge, together with Pool towels.
The 10 x 4 metre swimming pool with Poolside shower has a sunbathing terrace, sunbeds and parasols.

Please observe the strict No smoking Policy inside the Studio.
A car is highly recommended for getting about and to make the most of your stay with us. We have a very large off road car park for our guests.
We are open all year. Pets may be allowed in winter months. Please ask.
A Welcome pack (fruit, wine, milk and bottled water) is provided 'with our compliments' for stays of a week or more.
A 20% ( non refundable ) deposit is required to secure your booking with us. The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival. In some circumstances we may accept cash in Euros on arrival.
