We are proud to invite discerning guests to vacation at our executive style, model home situated in the quiet location of 'Whispering Oaks'.
Our beautiful fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom, two bathroom, single storey pool home is located in a quiet residential area, just a short north westerly drive from the popular town of Kissimmee. Built on an over sized plot, our home offers the 'Best of Both Worlds'. Guests may relax on the private pool terrace area, which is screened for your protection from insects, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the unspoilt open countryside. Take a refreshing swim in our sparkling, heated pool, pamper yourself in the invigorating Jacuzzi, or just snooze on one of the sun loungers provided.

Just minutes away you will find Supermarkets, Shopping Malls with stores of every description, Amusement Centres, Cinemas, Restaurants, Fast Food outlets, everything to keep the whole family entertained. As if all of these attractions are not enough, just a 15 minute drive takes you to the worlds most famous pleasure resort..."Disney World"..need we say more! - Our home was completed in March 2001, and is tastefully decorated and furnished to create a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere. It is fully equipped with everything that our guests will require for the holiday of a lifetime..."Just bring your Toothbrush".
Our villa has four Luxury Bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds, the Master bedroom has walk in closets, and en-suite bathroom with WC, bath, walk in shower and twin vanity basins.
The Family Bathroom is equipped with WC, bath, over bath shower, and vanity basin. The kitchen area is fully equipped with quality appliances: Large American style fridge/ freezer, fully automatic large electric cooker, microwave, and dishwasher - A breakfast table and chairs are situated in the adjoining "Nook".Our screened "Lania" area has outdoor dining facilities to ensure that eating "Al Fresco" on the balmy Florida evenings is the perfect end to the day. The laundry area boasts a large top loading washing machine, powerful tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The open plan living room and dining area is decorated and furnished in a typical bright Floridian style. Relax on one of the two comfortable settees and admire the countryside views through the rear patio doors, which give access to the pool area. Or navigate the numerous channels available on the cable TV system. A large six setting dining room suite provides ample space for indoor family dining. Florida is also called "The Sunshine State" and for very good reason. Temperatures top 70 degrees for most of the year and so outdoor dining is an absolute pleasure. The ample cupboard space contains all necessary cutlery and kitchen utensils
