Our home is child friendly with the rear garden totally enclosed for safety & privacy.
There are t.v.'s in every bedroom.
Entertain yourselves with the Wii console or test your skill on the 8' billiards table or enjoy table tennis. There is cable TV available for the tele addicts plus a selection of DVD's & music, and for those of you who still need to surf wireless internet access is provided too FREE.
The property is situated close to champions gate golf resort which has a selection of restaurants & shops. A publix supermarket complex is approx 2km drive from the villa.
The main highways H-27 and the I-4 are a 5 minute drive away, so all the main attractions are within easy reach, such as the main gates of Disney are only 15 mintues away and International drive 30 min's.

There is a cleaning charge of £50/ for 6 days or less.
Dogs allowed for long term rentals only, 1 month plus (Sorry no cats). There will however be an additional cleaning charge for them.
