About the property - overview
A beatifully furnished fully equipped 3 bedroom villa with large south facing swimming pool, in the very well maintained gated community of Lakeside, approximatley 20 minutes drive to all theme parks.
Accomodation
This villa has everything you would need for your holiday in Florida whether you simply want to put your feet up and relax, or explore all Florida has to offer. The first class air conditioned accomodation provides large master bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe, which overlooks the stunning swimming pool at the rear. The 2 aditional twin bedrooms which can be converted into doubles both have built in wardrobes and TV VCR; another bathroom serves the two bedrooms. There are two living rooms both open plan. The main living room is equipped with TV/DVD (selection of videos and DVD's are available) there is ample seating. The fully equipped open plan kitchen has an island area with breakfast bar. All esentials are provided - microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The second liviving are has a large formal dinning table which ajoins another comfortable lounging area, one of the sofas converts to a double bed, there is a utility area which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron/ironing board.
Outside the property
The stunning oversized swimming pool will certanly keep the children entertained, or enable you to burn off those eccess calories (optional pool heat is available at a cost for winter months if required). There is an outside table with 6 chairs and 2 comfortable sun longers. There is a good degree of privacy, the villa is not overlooked and the area behind is mainly a consevation area. Lakeside is a very well maintaines safe gated community, free of charge to use are tennis courts (rackets and balls are provided at the villa) basketball court and an excellent childrens play ground, all within a 2 minute walk.
Local area
Lakeside is a very convienient and naturaly beatiful base to visit the theme parks and expore all that Florida has to offer. All within approximatley 20 minute's drive are Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet and Wild. For the eager shopper the Florida-Mall, Premium Outlets and mall of millenia are all convienietley located. Golf enthusiasts have much choice with a wide selection of golf courses just a short drive away. Just an hours drive away is Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre. There are supermarkets and convienient shopping parades just around the corner. There are a wide variety of restraunts to suit every taste all within a short drive.
