Our villa is situated 20 minutes from Disney , in Haines City and is comfortably furnished to a high standard. It is fully air conditioned and is equipped
The villa sleeps up to 10. We have 4 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom, which has cable tv, a walk in closet, ensuite bathroom including toilet, shower, bath and 2 basins. 1 queen bedroom with large wardrobes, and an adjacent bathroom with shower toilet, and basin. The 2 twin bedrooms share a bathroom consisting of shower over the bath, toilet and basin. In one of the twin bedrooms there is a PS2.
We have a large family room with comfortable sofas, with patio doors overlooking the pool and lanai areas.It has cable tv, cd player, dvd/vcr with assorted films, also FREE wi fi internet access. We aslo have an additional living room providing ample space for two families sharing without feeling over crowded.
There are two dining areas, one in the nook next to the kitchen and the other suitable for formal dining.
The fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, and microwave, is an open plan design, allowing everyone to feel part of the family-even the cook!
The laundry room contains a washing machine , tumble drier,ironing board and iron.
There is a fully screened, south facing, not overlooked swimming pool, with optional heating(recommended in the winter months). The covered lanai has a patio table and chairs for shaded outdoor dining and loungers on which to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.
For your peace of mind we have a experienced management team. They live on the community, and will assist with any enquiries during your stay.
The villa is professionally cleaned and maintained before each let.
All bed linen and indoor towels are provided. Also a free high chair and cot.
A telephone enables free local calls and long distance by credit card.
