Kymtorica is a newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, detached villa that has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped to provide all the comforts you look for in a holiday home. It is on a large plot so there is plenty of space for sunbathing around the pool, or in the evening enjoy a BBQ when it is a little cooler. From the garden, steps take you up to the covered terrace and the entrance door into a small lobby open to the lounge. Off to the right, is the well fitted kitchen and a further door leading out to a utility area with washing machine and stairs up to an enrmous sunroof with pagoda. From the rear of the comfortable lounge (with air?conditioning), an archway leads to the shower room and the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms, both with ceiling fans. At the other side of the lounge is access to the main bedroom also with ceiling fan and en?suite bathroom with corner bath. You can take a 10?15 minute walk to the older part of La Marina where you will find most things you may need, as there are an abundance of restaurants,supermarkets, banks, hairdressers etc; and there is a street market on Thursdays and Sundays. A new commercial centre has been built as part of the development of the area and provides you with a further selection of amenities and shops. Away from the urbanisation is the original village of La Marina which is still very Spanish and you can visit this if making your way down to the beach with soft golden sands. The town of Guardamar is a 10-minute drive, again with lots of restaurants and shops, but it is always worth meandering through Sofia Park to see the wildlife on the manmade water feature. To reach the cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja takes approx 25 minutes by car so to enjoy the area more fully and for your convenience a car is essential for this property.
