We are Sandra & Jai Mandalia.
We had our home built after falling in love with all things Florida. We have 3 boys, Arun, Ryan and Kyle which is where the Arkvilla name came from, it's our boy's initials
I have personally chosen every item in our home to enhance the ambience and for the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.

Highgate Park is a quiet Gated Community located in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, just minutes south of the US Highway 192 and only a short drive from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and golf courses and 8 miles to Disney World.
Our luxury, four-bedroom, fully air conditioned vacation home is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and comes fully-equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday. The high quality furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-away-from-home and the family room and 2 Master Suites have cable TV.
Four bedrooms, 2 with en suite facilities (ideal for 2 families) in addition to the family bathroom and extended pool deck area with plenty of relaxing pool furniture. The large open plan family room is comfortably furnished to a high standard and looks out on to the private pool area.
The large open plan family room is also furnished for comfort and relaxation. A 50" flat screen TV is the central focus, the family room looks out on to the private pool area. A room for you to relax in after busy days at the theme parks.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-size oven and hob, refrigerator/freezer with ice- maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal and telephone, everything you need for cooking a meal or enjoying a take away. Wifi and a IPod dock are provided for your added comfort.
Adjoining the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The spacious master bedroom, with en-suite, is beautifully decorated. It has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, cable TV, safe, radio alarm clock and hairdryer. The fabulous en-suite bathroom has his and hers inset hand basins, large walk in shower, corner bath and separate toilet.
The second master suite also has en suite facilities with queen size bed , cable TV and large closet with plenty of hanging space.
The 2 Twin Bedrooms have plenty of hanging space and share the third full size family bathroom has basin, bath, shower, toilet and hairdryer. All bed linen and towels are provided.
The luxury kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-size oven and hob, refrigerator/freezer with ice- maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal and telephone with free calls to 60 countries
Adjoining the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Patio doors lead out from the family room and master bedroom to the fully screened, extended deck area with heated pool.
4 long sun loungers, 8 patio chairs, footstool and table are provided for al fresco dining.
The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly, and arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months.
There is also free use of the on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children�s play area.
You couldn't ask for more. For a fantastic family holiday all of the major attractions including Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet �n �Wild and many other Florida attractions within 30 minutes drive.
The Gulf and Atlantic Ocean Coasts and Kennedy Space Centre are only an hour and a half away.

So we had a wonderful time spending Christmas at Ark villa. The community was all decked out for Christmas and a Christmas tree was waiting for us when we arrived at the villa. We stayed as a party of 9 and had plenty of space, the villa was huge. We loved the high standards everything was spotless and the villa had so many facilities it was literally everything we needed. The older kids loved the xbox and the pool and games room too they would of stayed in the villa the whole time if they could. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The pool area was large and the pool heating made it very comfortable to swim in December although we did have very warm weather for the most part. The villa owner was very pleasant and helpful and the management company attended to any issues promptly which was great. We will definitely be back :)

We have now had three wonderful stays at Arkvilla, in 2010, 2012 and 2015, and are full of praise for both the villa and the owner, Sandra. Sandra is a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful. Her communication with us before, during and after all our stays has been excellent and all the directions, information, recommendations and tips she has provided us with have been very useful.
The villa is beautiful and stylish and yet still homely and comfortable. It is clean, spacious, well furnished and well equipped. We have loved staying there; it feels just like home and is the perfect antidote to our long busy theme park days. There is also plenty to do at the villa for lazy rest days, we thoroughly enjoy the swimming pool and the games room with its air hockey and pool tables and games consoles.
Highgate Park is a gated community and feels very secure, we have often seen security cars patrolling the streets. It is conveniently located near Berry town centre which has a Publix supermarket, an Applebee’s restaurant and several takeaways.Sandra and her husband Jai obviously take great care and pride in their Florida home. Each time we visit there have been numerous updates such as redecoration, new carpets and new equipment. It is great to keep up to date with what is being done via their

Where do I start Sandra the owner is an absolute delight to deal with and will go out of her way to help you in any way she can. Arkvilla definitely has the WOW factor and Sandra's extra little touches really do make the villa feel more homely.
Every room you go into you can see Arkvilla is a much loved home. The pool area is lovely and we spent many hours relaxing. The location is ideal and close to everything you need.
Arkvilla is by far the best villa we have stayed at and Sandra and her family should be very proud, thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed at Arkvilla between the 26th of May and 16th June 2014. We initially met Sandra Mandalia through a friend on Facebook who pointed out Arkvilla as a possibility for our holiday. For over a year before our holiday Sandra was always there helpful polite and friendly. We really did think this was to good to be true.
The moment we walked in Arkvilla was presented immaculately and it felt like an old friend giving our family a hug. Nothing like walking into a commercially owned property. Also there information pack is flawless. Everything you want to know and all your questions are answered. What you see is what you get and so much more. It is simply delicious and gorgeous. It is also the things you don't see. The quality of the furnishing is outstanding and everything is so comfortable
Whilst at Arkvilla Sandra was always there to help us. She and her family are simply amazing and it was an honour to stay in there home. Put simply. It is completely obvious how much care, love and devotion the Mandalia's put into Arkvilla.
Thankyou for an unbelievably amazing holiday. We will NEVER stay anywhere else.

We hag a great stay at arkvilla. It was perfect for two families, had everything we needed, the games room was a real plus for the teenagers.
It's on a nice complex away from the main road.

家族４人で初めてバケーションレンタルを利用しました。やり方も分からないし、お金の支払い方法や鍵の受け渡し等最初は不安だらけでした。 ですが、メールでサンドラさんが非常に親切で丁寧な説明をしてくれて、不安が無くなっていきました。英語も簡単な単語で分かりやすく書いてくれました。 家は清潔でプール、ゲームルームなどもあり最高です。日本では絶対に体験出来ません。 この家を一度体験してしまったらもう高いお金を払って狭いホテルにはもう泊まれません。 最高でした！！！

Family of four was first vacation rentals. Passing for payment of money or keys, etc was riddled with anxiety at first, and I don't know how. to do it. But it is Sandra has done a kind and polite explanation, anxiety was gone. Easy to understand simple English words and wrote me.
House is clean, pool is best as well as a games room. Absolutely no experience in Japan. If you experience the house once again was the best !!!

Lovely home - the nicest we've stayed in in Florida, very well equipped with lots of games and a great pool to keep the kids busy.
Close to shops and restaurants (5mins drive) and the right side of town for the Disney parks.
Great support from the owner regarding information and joining instructions and Sandra called us on Christmas eve to check everything was OK and we were settling in. She had even arranged for a Christmas tree to be put up for us!
One thing to note - the pool heater seemed to struggle to keep the pool warm with December temperatures. Everything was in good working order.
All in all a great stay and we would visit again

Our second stay at "Arkvilla" and again everything perfect. We are a family of 5 plus grandparent, three children (5, 10 and 11) and have stayed in "Arkvilla twice now. This time, (Halloween 2013) was, as last time, perfect.
If you are reading reviews to choose the perfect place to stay look no further. The villa is immaculately clean, furnished to a very high standard and has a very homely feeling. Everything you could possibly require is in the villa, including a great play room for kids (our kids loved the air-hockey table). There are bikes incase you ever get time to go for a bike ride (we didn't unfortunately), car seats for kids, play station and everything you cold possibly require in the kitchen.
The pool is lovely, again very clean, lovely comfy loungers and quiet.
I can't say enough to be honest, we had a great stay, couldn't have wished for more saving already saving for a third visit.

This was our 2nd visit to Arkvilla this is a beautiful villa a real home from home & more Sandra is so nice & nothing is to much bother for her.
Not sure when we will get back to Florida but when we do it will be back to this beautiful villa went with my sister,brother in law, 2 nephews & our 78 year old mum came with us for the 1st time.
Mum was stunned at how beautiful Arkvilla is the photo's of the villa are good but it looks even better when you actually see.

One word sums up Arkvilla - WOW! From the moment we booked with Sandra Mandalia in February 2012, to the moment we flew out to Orlando on 14th June 2013, Sandra was nothing but informative and helpful. Her tips and recommendations for places to visit including attractions and restaurants, not to mention ease of directions from Airport to Villa/Villa to Disney parks was fantastic!
Arkvilla itself was amazing! The pictures online were stunning, but to open the villa door for the first time and see just how big the place is was breathtaking. The pictures really do not do the villa justice. To wake up every morning and have breakfast on the patio whilst the kids played in the pool was so relaxing.
I would highly recommend anyone travelling to Orlando to book Sandra's villa. It is so important to have the luxury of being able to chill out away from the parks, crowds and heat and to be able to do that at such a stunning location is pure heaven. We really miss the home comforts of the villa. There is everything there you could possibly need.
The stroller in particular was a godsend for our daughter - who even though she is 6 years old - is very small for her age and very slow!! So to be able to whizz her round the parks was great!
We are already thinking about our next trip to Orlando and will 100% be booking Sandra's villa for this. We have never stayed in such a gorgeous villa and the care and attention to detail that Sandra and her family have makes the excitement of the holiday even more so. Thank you SO much to the Mandalia family for a memorable and amazing first trip to Orlando and to anyone thinking of booking this villa, DO IT! You WON'T regret it!
