A separate fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, ample utensils, toaster, crockery and cutlery, iron / board and hairdryer and everything else you would expect in a high quality penthouse.
The living areas comprise a large living and dining room with high quality furniture and fittings and marble flooring. This includes a dining table and chairs for 6 people, and a buffet unit that contains various books and games. A very short car ride or a stroll away is the delightful Marina of Puerto Cabopino and beautiful beaches. Affordable restaurants, beach bars and of course the motorboats and yachts can be found here. The sandy beaches, rated the best on the Costa, are gently sloping and ideal for families and children.
