Beautiful log home construction with fantastic views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains.

Famous for its fresh powder snow, Summit County is near great skiing and snowboarding areas and boasts of other winter activities such as snowmobiling, cross country and backcountry skiing.

Many amenities are within walking distance, such as The Dillon Towne Center or The Dillon Ridge Shopping Center where you have available groceries, movies, sporting goods and restaurants.

For those attractions a little farther away, the free Summit Stage is available. It travels throughout Summit County and it has a station within easy walking distance of our town home. Some other attractions within walking distance include: Lake Dillon, hiking and biking trails, Dillon Ampitheatre, bike rentals, tennis courts and more.

Some of the attractions within a short drive or ride are: Dillon and /Silverthorne factory outlet stores and Breckenridge.
