This townhouse is just a few yards from a blue flag beach and has an open outlook to the back over well maintained communal gardens.

It is a short walk down the beach esplanade to Sabinillas, which is a small town with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and other services. The marina of Duquesa is just a short distance further down the beach.

The house has recently been refurbished including having a new kitchen fitted and all the white goods replaced.

The house is about a 40 minute drive from Malage airport and 20 minutes from Gibraltar.

There are numerous golf courses in the area as well as other activities such as boating and horseriding.
