Conveniently situated on Southern Dunes, a gated, golf course community ranked number 6 in Florida.
Easy access to all major theme parks, with Disney only 20 minutes drive away!!

Large shaded lanai, the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing evening drink, whilst the children, young and old, can use the pool table and other games in the separate games room.
Fantastic golf, on site, where the green fees include the use of a cart!
Local shopping just outside the gatehouse with a Super Walmart, amongst others!
The villa is fully furnished and equipped for eight guests plus a baby – everything you need for the perfect holiday – even towels & bedding. Three of the bedrooms have cable television. The lounge also boasts a DVD player, as well as a video recorder. There is a playstation, with a few games, for ‘virtual’ entertainment, as well as a selection of traditional board games. Just bring your clothes and an empty suitcase to take home all your bargain shopping!!
The Southern Dunes Clubhouse features a superb restaurant and bar – just right for eating out, especially after a round or two!!
There are also three community pools, tennis/basketball courts, fishing lake and kiddies play area within the development.
Our spacious villa sleeps two guests in each of the four bedrooms, plus the sofa in the lounge converts to an extra double bed. There is also a cot and highchair so baby is comfortable too!
There is a full size washer and dryer in the separate utility room – and the whole villa is airconditioned/heated.
