Chatham Park is just half a mile off the main 192 highway in a quiet location yet within minutes you are within the attractions of Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. It has the added advantage of being minutes from the shops, restaurants and attractions of highway 192.
Our home is beautifully positioned next to the park area of the estate in a quarter acre of garden. Lawns and shrubs surround the property with a welcoming screened private pool to the rear. The double garage will ensure that your car stays cool while you enjoy time at home.
Chatham Park also boasts further amenities for your use which include a children�s playground, large swimming pool, basketball court and tennis courts, all of which are free of charge to our guests.
