This ground floor Apartment is situated in a quiet residential location, called "Lomas Del Golf" within a 10 minute walk of the Villamartin Plaza, with its vast choice of restaurants. The location is close to numerous blue flag beaches, La Zenia, Captains Cove, Campoamar and many more. Also if a golf enthusiast, set in the golf course triangle of Real Campoamar, Las Ramblas & Villamartin, ideal for either beach or golf holidays. The Mar Menor inland sea - lagoon with its array of water sports is only 20 mins drive away. It has been very tastefully furnished with everything you need for a home from home holiday.
The Apt. has a good size private patio area with pleasant outlook. It has two twin bedrooms (can be made as 'doubles') with ample wardrobe space with a fitted, beautifully tiled bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has an adjacent utility area with washing machine. The lounge has all the home comforts including Satellite TV, DVD including films,sports,bbc1,itv , Radio and CD player.

Just 15 minutes drive south of the charming town of Torrevieja on the Orihuela Costa. It is close to two airports, 40 min from Alicante airport and only 20 mins from the smaller airport of San Javier (Murcia).

This apartment directly overlooks the large swimming pool & sunbathing area to the rear of property and can be accessed directly from rear entrance.
Air conditioning has been installed and is available free of charge to make your stay more comfortable. Our management service providers (Peter and Sharon Masters) will welcome all visitors to the property and live nearby. They are available for advice & assistance if required.

GOLF - Villamartin Golf course previous host to the Spanish Open is within walking distance, water is in play on 3 holes and the greens are large with well positioned bunkers to test the best players. Campoamar is a short 5 minute drive away with its magnificent club house over looking the course. It has large wide open fairways and excellent greens with many long par 4s to test out your driving. Las Ramblas is also only 5 minutes drive away. The course is located between 2 ravines on the shore of the Mediterranean and is a test for any golfer with its narrow fairways and greens. The most spectacular hole is a par 5 named 'La Platforma' it requires absolute precision from tee to green and has 2 water hazards before reaching the green. The hugely popular American style course, La Finca, is a short 25 minute drive, situated at the foot of mount Escotera, in the municipality of Algorfa. Designed to host top tournaments and is a must play for all serious golfers.
Shopping - There are several supermarkets, nearest one, within walking distance, is in the Villa Martin plaza, all stock a large range of everyday foods & goods. There are larger Tesco style ones, named Consum & Mercadonna, at La Zenia & Blue Lagoon, which is only a 5 minute drive away and a further Mercadonna supermarket at Playa Flamenca which is 10 minutes drive away. You will find everything you need in these two supermarkets and it will be much cheaper than shopping in the local supermarket at Villa Martin. Outdoor Markets:- There are too many to list them all, they are all very large and sell absolutely everything. Located at Playa Flamenca on Saturdays, Sunday at Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja on Wednesdays. There is a quaint trinket market everyday on the main promanade at Torrevieja, which has an abundance of independently owned shops along its narrow streets selling a wide range of local and designer goods. Alicante, Elche, Murcia & Cartegena are all close by.

Dining Out The Plaza,(square) is a 10 minute walk from 'Apt. Alicia' and it is a great place to spend an evening. There are over 25 restaurants and bars and many of them provide entertainment throughout the evening. Restaurants range from simple pub grub to elite high class dining. with something for everyone including Steak Houses, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Mexican, Hungarian, Fish Restaurants or just simple Fish and Chips. Irish bars, Sports bars and even a Karaoke bar for those budding stars. A short 10 minute walk from the Plaza and you will find the new Commercial Centre of Los Dolses with a further range of bars and restaurants. Close to the villa are several local bars, Wolfies, Cheers Bar, Anitas, Eagles Nest & the Grove Bar, all within walking distance.
