The beautiful St. Johns river flows from south to north like the Nile. You can fish or swim off the dock and watch the long boat crews practice their racing. You can also watch the Manatees swim around the dock in warm weather. You can enjoy the screened in swimming pool and the spa located in the gazebo by the river. There is a swing set in a screened in area. The living room is large with a large fireplace, 25 CD stereo system and built in bar. The game room has a pool table, ping pong table, piano and wet bar. The den also has a fireplace, a 35 bottle built in wiine rack and a bar overlooking the pool and river. There is a formal dining room with custom table that seats eight. The beautiful grounds are filled with Magnolia trees and majestic Oak trees with Spanish Moss. The 3500 sq. ft. house and grounds are excellent for a family and entertaining.
