This villa has a panoramic view over the lake and it offers a comfortable family holiday for 6 people.
The villa has 3 floors with two balconies and a roof terrace. The villa is a part of a complex �Lake Side Villas� which offers 2 shared big swimming pools and 2 attached small swimming pools.
The villa benefits from the tranquillity of the Akaya mountain and it also benefits from having a fantastic nearby restaurant (AKKAYA GARDEN (WATERFALL) RESTAURANT) located 10 minutes walk from the villa. The restaurant offers many activities including a boat trip to a private beach, party evening at the beach, fishing, canoeing and horse riding.
Dalaman is located 25 minutes drive from the villa. The nearest airport is Dalaman airport (10 -15 minutes drive from Dalaman).
The villa is not far away from many wonderful and extended sandy beaches such as Iztuzu beach in Dalyan which is considered one of the most beautiful beach on the Mediterranean coastline and Sarigerme beach which is about 40 minutes drive from the villa. There are many beautiful places around to visit including Goceck where you can enjoy a boat trip to explore 12 islands and OluDenise beach where you can enjoy all sorts of water sports and paragliding.
Renting a car therefore is highly recommended to enjoy the area and its surroundings.
First Floor
Living room: The living room has a sofa bed and 2 comfortable armchairs. There is TV and satellite for English channels, DVD, I pod base and three coffee tables. There is also a folded table and 6 chairs. The room has a bay window which offers a non interrupted view over the lake and the surrounding mountains.
Kitchen: The kitchen has fridge/ freezer, electric oven with gas hob, extractor fan, washing machine, Clothes drier, kettle and microwave. All necessary cutlery, plates and glasses are also provided.
Balcony: the balcony is accessible from the living room through sliding patio door and it is also accessible from the kitchen door. The balcony is equipped with a table and 4 chairs.
Cloakroom: WC & basin
Second Floor
Master bedroom: king size bed, big wardrobe, 2 bed side cabinets, mirror and a stool, hair dryer. There is a bay window which offers a fantastic view and there is access to the balcony.
Double bedroom: double size bed, 2 bed side cabinets, mirror, drawers. There is a bay window which overlooks the swimming pool and the room has access to the balcony.
Bathroom: showers, WC & basin.
Balcony: Both bedrooms have access to the balcony through patio doors.
Third Floor
Bedroom with two single beds, bedside cabinet, drawers, small wardrobe and a mirror.
En-suite Bathroom
Roof terrace which is accessible through a patio door and has two colourful chairs.
All the rooms in the villa are equipped with full air conditioning/ heating and insect screen on windows and doors.
All hand/ bath towels and bed linen is provided.
