LagunaSol is a modern, privately owned, luxury 2 storey corner pentouse in beach-side complex with huge summer swimming pool, paddling pool, mini tennis and gardens. Sleeping up to 10 it is beautifully and stylishly furnished and equipped throughout to a luxurious quality standards, for the owners' and guests' use. There is a spacious living/dining room. - with leather sofas, SatelliteTV, a DVD/CD player, with iPod connection all connected to a theatre surround sound system - which opens onto the huge lower terrace. The walls throughout the apartment are hung with stunningly colourful locally woven rugs. The individually designed kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with worktops made from locally quarried Almeria granite. Upstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms and terrace. All bedrooms can be double or single beds. Full air conditioning/heating. Huge empty beach less than 1 minute's walk. Private parking in secure basement garage. 2 lifts. Local English couple provide meet/greet and helpful information. The apartment has stunning views across the sea, the natural lagoon and the snow-capped Sierra Nevada mountains. We are 5 minutes' drive from the sophisticated growing Marina complete with 1000 boats, lively tapas bars, a huge variety of wonderful restaurants and good night life.
